Still there?

For those of you that are still reading... Dad hada bone scan last week as he is having trouble sitting for very long. The told him that if everything was okay it would take 2 weeks to get results and if there was anything to worry about they would call right away. So yeah they haven't heard anything so that's good news.

Dad still has to go for blood work regularly and this week his GP wants to do a more thorough examination. So that's what he has to "look forward to" this week!

So yeah that's what's going on...

For Prayer Requests... for the praying type...
- Pray that dad will be strong/healthy enough to come and visit their new grandbaby in June/July!!! We'd all love to have them be able to make it out here!!!

So yeah... umm that's it for tonight!

The News...

Just wanted to let you all know that we really appreciated your thoughts and prayers. Dad has been able to go church and has been able to do a few more things. He still struggles with sitting for any amount of time. The doctor has desided to send him for a bone scan next week - April 2nd - Wednesday... so, well, it's hard to know exactly what to pray... pray that they find something? Pray that they don't? I guess pray that God's will will be done!!

We are still out here... Happy Almost February!

Well hello again all...
Sorry yet again for us disappearing but we are still out here... Dad's been doing alright the last little while still tired and a few issues that are a result of the surgery but he has been getting out and more whether for a meal with some of you in the area or for a drive.
He's heard some stories about skido-ing and wish that he could be out there too!!! So well that's a good sign because that means that he's thinking about getting out there and maybe it will be a good motivation!

He has an appointment coming up with the doctor that did the surgery... so i will update when i have more info!

Oh yeah it's Dad's birthday tomorrow. So yet something else to thank God for... another year to celebrate!
